We were created in the vision that students across Liverpool were paying too much for average accommodation.
Our rooms are super luxury, not to mention unique - you simply won't get this sense of individuality with the other giant firms.
We provide intimacy and a special experience for all. You can live with .house from £88p/w for absolutely everything with no deposit to pay, and have the most luxe room you will ever see.
We do have a handful of more expensive rooms, but the level of service is always increased, with private chef events, free to use bikes, personal training sessions, and a student focus group call the .House Innovation Lab, where you get to decide what perks you get to live with us.

But why...?
Our vision is really simple, to provide affordable luxury for students. We want to appeal to the progressive, luxury student. How are we doing this;
• We put you first, and give you a genuine say on how we deliver perks to our buildings
• We offer something to suit everyones taste, from converted historic buildings to new builds
• Our developments are generally smaller with up to 50 students on site, and so more intimate and easy to find your own space
• Some of our more luxurious .house accommodations benefit from Coffee Stations, Cinema Rooms and/or Yoga Studios – but only shared between a small number of residents. These are available for private bookings anytime via an app

• We have committed to delivering the fastest Wifi in the city to our projects
• We provide a housekeeping service for your development
• Our buildings have a central pantry/larder which are regularly stocked for you to help yourself to, from free beers to canned water
